Musicians Against Existential Dread

Local live musicians, on rotation every month, providing ambient soundscapes to drop in and reset for a yoga nidra and meditation, guided by YU teachers Tina & Stevie.  Curated for creatives of all stripes to let go of anxiety and make room for the new (moon).
