Mark the new moon with guided meditation and yoga nidra, or ‘yogic sleep,’ a state or relaxation between wakefulness and sleep.

A monthly offering of a full moon guided meditation and sound bath. Clear space to connect to yourself and the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle.
This 60-minute Full Moon guided meditation bathed in sound is designed to connect you to the rhythms of the moon and connect to its healing energy. You will be guided through a meditation that helps calm your nervous system and release negative emotions as you experience the sound of crystal singing bowls and drums loosening your muscles, washing away tension, and stress. The class can leave you feeling grounded, at peace, with a healthy sense of well-being.
