New Moon Meditation & Live Music

Local live musicians, on rotation every month, providing ambient soundscapes to drop in and reset for a yoga nidra and meditation, guided by YU teachers Tina & Stevie. Curated for creatives of all stripes to let go of anxiety and make room for the new (moon.)

First Friday Celebration

This event is all about accessibility and community! On the first Friday of every month, our drop-in rate is just $5 for any and all classes.

Our 5:30 pm class is a wild card, with a different focus every month.

We wrap with a non-alcoholic happy hour to follow, featuring high-end craft mocktails created exclusively by More or Less NA Bottles and Beer. Yummmmm

Full Moon Meditation & Sound bath

Designed to connect you to the rhythms of the moon and connect to its healing energy.  You will be guided through a meditation that helps calm your nervous system and release negative emotions as you experience the sound of crystal singing bowls and drums loosening your muscles, washing away tension, and stress. The class can leave you feeling grounded, at peace, with a healthy sense of well-being.

    Our 90-minute workshop will guide you through a restorative yoga practice with deep, individualized hands-on assists in each pose. Class size is intentionally small to allow for personalized support, ensuring each student receives compassionate guidance in every pose.

    Experience deep physical relaxation through long-held restorative poses with individualized and extended hands-on support.

  • Moving Beyond the Mat: Cultivating Inner & Outer Landscapes

    Move beyond your mat and into the wild world of nature’s tiniest superheroes. Join Cameron in the studio for a grounded flow + meditation practice, followed by a special screening of The Extraordinary Caterpillar.

    This short documentary beautifully illustrates how our backyards and local green spaces are the front lines of habitat restoration. We will explore how the teachings of yoga can support and inform your relationship with the natural world and you’ll leave with native seed packs to kickstart your journey.

    Come for the flow, stay for the film, leave with the seeds to start your own Homegrown National Park.
